June 26 - Sheesh time is just flying by here! I failed to commemorate several significant anniversaries! Sometime during last week would have marked the longest consecutive time spent outside of the US, and sometime around yesterday would’ve marked the longest I’ve been in a country other than the US. We’re also well past the halfway mark of the whole trip (again, sometime last week I think), and nowish is the halfway point of the Australia portion. Phew.

Today I finally gave my tDCS demo, so it looks like some piloting of projects using that will begin tomorrow. And I’ll start collecting data on the project I’ve been programming for the last 2+ weeks (in hopes of getting enough data to submit a conference abstract on July 1st…eek!). AND I give my talk tomorrow. I guess tomorrow is going to be pretty exciting! I also get a free coffee (I think) since I’ve bought 10 from the awesome coffee cart (at least I presume that’s the reason I’ve been stamping this card every time…it actually doesn’t say anything on it).

We also started messing around with another experiment that I’ve been trying to do for the last…I don’t even know…2 years maybe? So at least now I have a starting point for some changes to make, and maybe we’ll finally get this thing up and running soon.

In Sydney news…not much today. It rained again when I went out to get a drink for my lunch. I played minesweeper for the first time in a long time…that game really destroys any hope of productivity, I don’t know why it’s so addictive! Annoying that you always get to some point where you sort of have to guess…or maybe I’m just not very good at it. Who knows!
